Client Testimonial

"I am writing to commend you on your selection of Robert Loveless Architects as the architect for your project. Sean Porter was efficient, accurate and extremely cooperative throughout the entire design process. His interpretation and use of our prototype and specifications was precise despite the unique footprint of the building.

Rarely, in working with developers, do we receive such a quality set of architectural drawings for [a] project. Thank you for working so diligently to design plans to meet our specifications. It was a pleasure working [with] all parties involved on this project."

- Andrew Hinman, Project Manager, Goddard Systems, Inc.

"I am pleased to provide this Letter of Recommendation requested by Loveless Porter Architects (LPA) as required by your RFP for Architectural and Engineering Services. The Lake Jackson Volunteer Fire Department contracted with LPA to design and construct a multi phased 14,585 sf 1-story expansion to the existing 12,000 sf fire station that was completed in the summer of 2006.

The expansion more than doubled the occupancy space of the original building. Alterations included apparatus bays, alterations to residential spaces, operations including gear room, wash down room, physical training room and suppoer areas. Addition included administrative and operations offices, recreation room, conference room, community meeting room, storage and full commercial kitchen. Second floor of the addition includes training room, library and storage. Because the fire department needed to be operational at all times, the phasing of the project was a crucial aspect. LPA assisted in making transitions as seamless as possible.

It was a pleasure to work with LPA on this project. My church is considering an expansion and I recommended LPA instinctively."

- Jeff Harding, Lake Jackson Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department

"Those of us here at St. John's were intimately involved in this effort would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your outstanding architectural efforts on our church. It must have been very difficult to see your first design set aside due to issues outside your control - what emerged is exactly what we were trying to achieve in terms of fitting into the community at St. John's as well as the Historic Distric of Warrenton. We know we succeeded because of both the reaction of Bishop Loverde ("Wow!") at the dedication, and the award given to us by the Town of Warrenton in December for the best project of 2008 in the Historical District.

We could not have accomplished this project without your firm, and any of us would be most happy to provide testimonicals for any future work your firm pursues if you so desire."
